Across TCGA cell cohorts, NET1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,163 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NET1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, and Mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with NET1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NET1-to-partner and partner-to-NET1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by NET1-low versus NET1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
