NES

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,291 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NES-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1B, TPRKB, and RNU6-660P. Each is linked with NES in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NES-to-partner and partner-to-NES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP1B grouped by NES-low versus NES-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NES→partner) and Y-score (partner→NES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
