NES

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 672 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NES-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLK3, LRIT2, and LRRC3C. Each is linked with NES in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NES-to-partner and partner-to-NES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCLK3 grouped by NES-low versus NES-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NES→partner) and Y-score (partner→NES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
