Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEPRO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,124 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEPRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDFY3-AS2, CMSS1, and GTPBP8. Each is linked with NEPRO in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEPRO-to-partner and partner-to-NEPRO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEPRO versus WDFY3-AS2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEPRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEPRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
