NEO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,712 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, DPYD_S905, and CASP4. Each is linked with NEO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEO1-to-partner and partner-to-NEO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEO1 versus MYEF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
