Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,103 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1P43, FKBP1AP2, and CACNA1B. Each is linked with NEO1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEO1-to-partner and partner-to-NEO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEO1 versus NPM1P43 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
