Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,999 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with NEO1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEO1-to-partner and partner-to-NEO1 results are reported.
