NENF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NENF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,601 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NENF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, PRUNE1, and ARHGEF11. Each is linked with NENF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NENF-to-partner and partner-to-NENF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NENF versus BROX in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NENF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NENF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
