NENF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NENF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,886 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NENF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB41, LINC01703, and FAM20B. Each is linked with NENF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NENF-to-partner and partner-to-NENF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NENF versus ZBTB41 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NENF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NENF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
