NENF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NENF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NENF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR518A1, MIR7155, and ACTRT2. Each is linked with NENF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NENF-to-partner and partner-to-NENF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR518A1 grouped by NENF-low versus NENF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NENF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NENF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
