NEMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,203 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, RIF1, and NAB1_S328. Each is linked with NEMP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEMP2-to-partner and partner-to-NEMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
