Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEMP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NEMP2 data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NEMP2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEMP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCS show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NEMP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
