NEMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESS2, TOMM22, and RTCB. Each is linked with NEMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEMP2-to-partner and partner-to-NEMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
