Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, VHL, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with NEMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEMP2-to-partner and partner-to-NEMP2 results are reported.
