NELL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NELL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NELL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, MOS, and CNBD1. Each is linked with NELL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NELL1-to-partner and partner-to-NELL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by NELL1-low versus NELL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NELL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NELL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
