NEK8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,586 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL9P2, CDRT4, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with NEK8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK8-to-partner and partner-to-NEK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK8 versus RPL9P2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
