Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,681 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Cilium-dependent cell motility, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with NEK8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK8-to-partner and partner-to-NEK8 results are reported.
