NEK8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEK8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL22, LRRC72, and MYOCD. Each is linked with NEK8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK8-to-partner and partner-to-NEK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL22 grouped by NEK8-low versus NEK8-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
