NEK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,892 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, RFC4, and RIF1. Each is linked with NEK2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK2-to-partner and partner-to-NEK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK2 versus RFC1_T506 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
