NEK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,450 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEK1_S1052, SEPTIN11, and DDAH2. Each is linked with NEK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEK1-to-partner and partner-to-NEK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEK1 versus NEK1_S1052 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
