NEIL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEIL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS30, KIF19, and ATP5MGP1. Each is linked with NEIL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL3-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS30 grouped by NEIL3-low versus NEIL3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
