NEIL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEIL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 397 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300E, IFNA17, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with NEIL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL3-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD300E grouped by NEIL3-low versus NEIL3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
