Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEIL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,595 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NEIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCPH1, CNOT7, and PLAU. Each is linked with NEIL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL2-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEIL2 versus MCPH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
