NEIL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEIL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,529 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, EEF1G, and RPL5. Each is linked with NEIL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL1-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEIL1 versus NRBF2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
