NEIL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEIL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,224 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF710, SORBS2, and BORCS7. Each is linked with NEIL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL1-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEIL1 versus ZNF710 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
