NEIL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 378 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-153P, RNA5SP321, and RNA5SP146. Each is linked with NEIL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL1-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-153P grouped by NEIL1-low versus NEIL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
