NEIL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, ELOA3DP, and IL17F. Each is linked with NEIL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEIL1-to-partner and partner-to-NEIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by NEIL1-low versus NEIL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
