NEFM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEFM protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,531 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEFM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEFM_S633, HSPA12B, and NEFL. Each is linked with NEFM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEFM-to-partner and partner-to-NEFM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEFM versus NEFM_S633 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
