NEFM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEFM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 635 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEFM-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf53, KCTD17, and BCL7A. Each is linked with NEFM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEFM-to-partner and partner-to-NEFM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C10orf53 grouped by NEFM-low versus NEFM-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEFM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEFM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
