NEFH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEFH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,315 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEFH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK2, PTBP2, and C9. Each is linked with NEFH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEFH-to-partner and partner-to-NEFH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEFH versus ANK2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEFH→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEFH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
