NEDD8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOM1, CNTNAP3, and RBM24. Each is linked with NEDD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD8-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEDD8 versus MYOM1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
