NEDD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-99P, RNA5SP367, and HSPE1-MOB4. Each is linked with NEDD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD8-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-99P grouped by NEDD8-low versus NEDD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
