NEDD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and INPP4B. Each is linked with NEDD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD8-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by NEDD8-low versus NEDD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
