NEDD8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEDD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,877 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein linear polyubiquitination, Pericentric heterochromatin formation, and Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence. Each is linked with NEDD8 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD8-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein linear polyubiquitination grouped by NEDD8-low versus NEDD8-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
