NEDD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEDD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,577 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB31, MSRB3, and VGLL3. Each is linked with NEDD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD4-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NEDD4 versus RAB31 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
