NEDD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEDD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 216 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEDD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, C5orf52, and GCAT. Each is linked with NEDD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEDD4-to-partner and partner-to-NEDD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB5 grouped by NEDD4-low versus NEDD4-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEDD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEDD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
