Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECTIN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,519 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NECTIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NECTIN4-AS1, ALDH3B2, and GRHL1. Each is linked with NECTIN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECTIN4-to-partner and partner-to-NECTIN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECTIN4 versus NECTIN4-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECTIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECTIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
