NECTIN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NECTIN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,115 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECTIN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, and NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with NECTIN4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECTIN4-to-partner and partner-to-NECTIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to indole-3-methanol grouped by NECTIN4-low versus NECTIN4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECTIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECTIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
