Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NECTIN4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NECTIN4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NECTIN4-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NECTIN4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where NECTIN4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
