NECTIN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECTIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,070 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECTIN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS1, VCL, and TNS1_S1400. Each is linked with NECTIN3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECTIN3-to-partner and partner-to-NECTIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECTIN3 versus TNS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECTIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECTIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
