NECTIN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECTIN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECTIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with NECTIN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECTIN3-to-partner and partner-to-NECTIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by NECTIN3-low versus NECTIN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECTIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECTIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
