NECTIN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECTIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECTIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR1, CMTM6, and TSEN34. Each is linked with NECTIN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECTIN2-to-partner and partner-to-NECTIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECTIN2 versus KDELR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECTIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECTIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
