Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECTIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,884 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECTIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD3-10, TRAJ47, and TNPO1P2. Each is linked with NECTIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECTIN1-to-partner and partner-to-NECTIN1 results are reported.
