NECAB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,217 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECAB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAP1, LRPPRC, and IMMT. Each is linked with NECAB3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAB3-to-partner and partner-to-NECAB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECAB3 versus CAP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECAB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECAB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
