Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,602 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NECAB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDIA3, SIX4, and PTK6. Each is linked with NECAB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAB3-to-partner and partner-to-NECAB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECAB3 versus PDIA3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECAB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECAB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
