NECAB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NECAB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,004 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NECAB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, DPYSL2, and PPP1R12C. Each is linked with NECAB1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NECAB1-to-partner and partner-to-NECAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NECAB1 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NECAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NECAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
