NEBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NEBL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PDCD4, and VHL. Each is linked with NEBL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEBL-to-partner and partner-to-NEBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by NEBL-low versus NEBL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
