NEBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NEBL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NEBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYS2, TMEM252, and DIPK1C. Each is linked with NEBL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NEBL-to-partner and partner-to-NEBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GYS2 grouped by NEBL-low versus NEBL-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NEBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NEBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
