Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NEBL-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NEBL-AS1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher NEBL-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NEBL-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG are the cancer types where NEBL-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
