Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFV2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,706 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFV2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC123, TMEM45A, and MIR181A1HG. Each is linked with NDUFV2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFV2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFV2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFV2 versus CDC123 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFV2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFV2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
